    "body": "The BEA pendants, with both direct and indirect lighting, were installed above the desks to create a fully customizable lighting experience. The direct light provides glare-free illumination with low UGR values, while the indirect light softens shadows and reduces visual stress, ensuring a comfortable workspace. The design of the lamps echoes the company logo color, and the track-mounted suspension allows for flexible positioning.<br><br>In areas requiring efficient task lighting, MAXI P DARK spotlights with high-performance optics were installed. In social spaces, these were complemented or replaced by ILIOS P spotlights to provide ambient and decorative lighting. For the corridors, recessed fixtures with diffusing optics were chosen, delivering uniform illumination throughout.",
