PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCES<br></strong>The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to Art. 6(f) of EU Regulation 2016/679 and are necessary for the following purposes:</p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">- Completion of website registration forms to access Imoon services;<br>- Completion of data collection forms, login, and/or contact requests for the provision of requested information;<br>- Completion of data collection forms for internal personnel recruitment;<br>- Completion of data collection forms for receiving newsletters or promotional communications directly from Imoon, generally via email;<br>- Administrative and accounting purposes for invoicing and payments;<br>- Drafting of quotes or requests for proposals.</p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Data may be processed in hard copy, electronic, and/or automated formats.</p>\n<p><strong>1D.</strong> Data processing is based on <strong data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">Article 6(1)(f): (Recital 47)</strong>, taking into account the reasonable expectations of the data subject at the time and within the context of the collection of personal data, when the data subject can reasonably expect that processing for this purpose may take place.
